By visiting our site and/or purchasing artwork from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the secure online e-commerce platform that allows us to showcase and sell our fine art prints and products to you.
Section 1 - Online Store, Copyright & Anti-AI Protection
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence.
Intellectual Property & Copyright: All original artwork, fine art prints, photography, design elements, visual assets, and written content featured on [www.littlepeg.com](https://www.littlepeg.com).au remain the exclusive intellectual property of Little Peg. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical item for personal display, but does not transfer any copyright, digital rights, or reproduction rights.
Strict Prohibition of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use: No content, images, photography, artwork, text, or visual media published on this website may be used, downloaded, scraped, harvested, or ingested for the purposes of training, tuning, developing, or prompting artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning (ML) algorithms, generative AI tools, or automated neural networks. Any unauthorised use of studio works for AI data mining or dataset creation is strictly prohibited under Australian Copyright Law and international intellectual property treaties.
Acceptable Use: You may not use our products or content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or destructive software.
Section 2 - Products, Pricing & Accuracy
Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include standard taxes where applicable. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any print collection or service at any time.
Made-to-Order Prints: Little Peg prints are custom-made on a made-to-order basis in Perth, WA. Orders are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our [Returns & Refunds Policy].
Colour & Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, because display settings vary across mobile screens and desktop monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will exactly match the printed piece.
Section 3 - Orders, Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us (for instance, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if an order appears to be placed by unauthorised resellers).
If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and email contact information for all orders placed through our store so that we can complete your transactions and reach out if necessary.
